| Abstract: | Study showed that synthesis of specific IgG occurs in rabbits immunized with recombinant outer membrane protein F (OprF) of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and that these antibodies inhibit grow of P. aeruginosa in vitro. In vivo studies on mice showed that rabbit hyperimmune sera and recombinant OprF are both able to protect animals from intraperitoneal challenge with P. aeruginosa. |
