活血通络汤治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的 临床疗效及对IL-6、IL-8的影响研究

目的探讨活血通络汤加减治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症的疗效及对IL-6、IL-8的影响。方法选取118例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者,将其随机分为对照组(59例)和观察组(59例),两组均给予替硝唑氯化钠注射液,观察组在此基础上辨证使用活血通络汤,考察并比较两组患者的生活质量,血清中IL-6、IL-8,临床疗效及不良反应等。结果经治疗后,观察组患者临床总有效率(93.2%)与对照组总有效率(74.6%)比较,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者生活质量评分与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且观察组患者生活质量改善的程度与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);两组患者血清中IL-6、IL-8水平与治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且观察组患者血清中IL-6、IL-8水平与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);观察组患者不良反应发生率(16.9%)与对照组(18.6%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论活血通络汤加减用于治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症,可显著改善临床症状,提高生活质量及临床疗效,且安全性较好,具有较大的临床借鉴意义。

The therapeutic effect of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on IL-6 and IL-8

Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo Decoction on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease and its influence on IL-6 and IL-8. Methods 118 cases of Sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease were randomly divided into control group (59 cases) or observation group (59 cases), and given tinidazole and sodium chloride injection; the observation group was additionally given Huoxue Tongluo Decoction. The quality of life of patients, levels of serum IL-6 and IL-8, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total efficiency rate in the observation group (93.2%) was significantly higher than in the control group (74.6%) (P<0.05). The quality of life of patients in both groups improved significantly after treatment (P<0.05), but the improvement in the observation group was significantly better than in the control group (P<0.05). The levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the two groups were statistically different from those before treatment, respectively (P<0.05), and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant as well (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 16.9% in the observation group and 18.6% in the control group, with no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Tongluo Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, the quality of life of patients and clinical efficacy of treatment of sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease, with good safety.
