Separation of some glycyl dipeptides with the amino acid analyzer

Abstract:The chromatographic behavior of 7 glycyl dipeptides under standard conditions of automatic amino acid analysis in 30–50° and 50° systems has been examined. We separated these peptides in 18 and 10.5 hr, respectively, and found that they never overlapped with the peak position of the constituent amino acids.
