| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨动态监测降钙素原(PCT)对肝移植患者感染及预后判断的临床意义。方法:对33例肝移植患者在术后第1、3、5、7天分别采集静脉血标本检测血清PCT值,并同时测定C反应蛋白(CRP)和白细胞(WBC)计数,以判断PCT水平变化与肝移植感染及预后之间的关系。结果:肝移植组术后第1天的血清PCT水平显著高于对照组(P0.05),而血清CRP水平、WBC计数与对照组比较差异无显著性(P0.05);合并感染组与非感染组相比各时段血清PCT明显升高,差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论:PCT水平可以有效判断肝移植术后感染的严重程度;PCT的动态变化能有效预测肝移植患者预后。
