| 摘 要： | 脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)是一种在高等植物中广泛分布的激素,其最初被证明存在于哺乳动物脑组织中,后来被发现也存在于哺乳动物血浆和其他组织部位如脂肪细胞,胰岛β细胞,角质形成细胞,粒细胞,单核细胞,巨噬细胞,间充质干细胞及海马神经元中,并且ABA与许多临床相关的人类疾病密不可分。本文概述了ABA用于改善或治疗炎症性肠病、糖尿病及动脉粥样硬化的研究进展,以及其对神经元细胞的作用。ABA可能以羊毛硫氨酸合成酶C样蛋白2(lanthionine synthetase C-like 2,LANCL2)和过氧化物酶体增殖物激活受体-γ(peroxisome proliferator activated receptor-gamma,PPARγ)为作用靶标发挥生理效应。基于ABA的生物安全性,其可能作为治疗炎症和感染性人类疾病的新药候选物。
