Changes in the surface potential of liposomes obtained from dipalmitoyl phospatidylcholine during their interaction with the new antiviral preparation boraadamantane (BG-12) have been studied. It has been concluded that the saturation of the lipid bilayer of liposomes by the BG-12 preparation occurs at its concentrations above 10 μg/mL. |
