| 摘 要： | 作为A型流感病毒的非结构蛋白,NS1蛋白是流感病毒的一个重要的毒力因子,决定了病毒在宿主细胞内的破坏作用。概述了NS1蛋白对宿主细胞蛋白合成、宿主细胞凋亡的影响,及其拮抗干扰素的作用。

| Abstract: | The NS1 protein,a non-structural protein of the type A influenza virus,is an important virulence factor which gives rise to a great damage to host cells.In this article,the effect of the NS1 protein on the protein synthesis,cells apoptosis and the antagonistic action toward to the interferon were summarized. |
