戒毒药物新进展

摘    要:
目前戒毒药物的作用靶点主要包括阿片受体、M受体、a2受体、DA2受体、NMDA受体以及钙离子通道等,与此相对应的戒毒药物均具有较好的疗效,但长期使用会形成心理、躯体依赖及耐受性,停用时出现明显的戒断症状。中药戒毒有较好的发展前途,尤其在控制稽延症状方面优于西药阿片受体类及非阿片受体类。查阅近年来国内外公开发表的有关文章,按戒毒药物的性质分类汇总,并对近年来戒毒药物的研究进展作以综述。

Abstract:
At present, the effective target of Anti-toxicant Drugs include opiate receptor, M receptor, a2 receptor, DA2 receptor, NMDA receptor and calcium ion channel and so on, whose corresponding Anti-toxicant Drugs all have good therapeutic effect. But it will lead to psychological and physical dependence and tolerance after long-term use, and it will appear obvious withdrawal symptoms when they are disabled. Traditional Chinese medicine drug shows a better development prospect, it represents good effect during the withdrawal period, the recovery period and relapse prevention,especially better than Anti-toxicant Drugs and other drugs in delay symp- toms controlling. Refer to relevant papers announced for the past few years internal and abroad, classifying and collecting according to the property of Anti-toxicant Drugs and Summarizing the research progress of Anti-toxicant Drugs in recent years.
