光电诱导作用下蝗虫光谱选择行为的研究

摘    要:目的:研究不同单色光和复色光刺激下蝗虫成虫和虫蝻的光谱选择行为,为蝗虫的光电诱导治理提供理论基础。方法:将蝗虫放置于行为反应试验箱中,运用行为试验方法,观察测定不同单色光和复色光下蝗虫的光谱选择行为及其运动速度。结果:(1)一定时间暗适应下的蝗虫对单色光或白光刺激具有波长选择行为反应,依其相对趋光反应率大小,其光谱行为反应在405-625nm波谱范围内,表现为随波长增加反应率减小的趋势。(2)蝗虫对双光谱同样具有选择行为反应,不同波长的两种单色光或单色光与白光组合,相对反应率不同。两短波长的单色光组合能够增强相对反应率,两长波长组合则降低反应率。(3)不同对光谱选择行为反应受蝗虫的种群、生长阶段的影响,东亚飞蝗较亚洲小车蝗的相对反应率高,成虫较虫蝻的相对反应率高。结论:光电诱导作用下,蝗虫具有明显的光谱选择行为。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the spectra selecting reaction of the locusts at 6 monochromatic light selected from 405nm to 620nm and white light. Methods: The locusts from different species and ages were pretreated and placed in the phototaxis behavior box. The wavelength selection and movement speed were observed and determined by using phototaxis behavior method. Results: (1) Monochromatic light in different wavelength could induce wavelength selecting reaction on the locusts in different level. According to the relative response rate, the spectra selecting reaction were weakened with the wavelength increasing. (2) Complex monochromatic light in different wavelength could induce wavelength selection reaction on the locusts in different level. According to the relative response rate, complex short monochromatic light could enhance the spectra reaction value, but complex long monochromatic light degrade the spectral reaction value, (3) Species and age could influence their spectral reaction value to some degree, Locusta migratoria mani lensis got higher value than Oedaleus asiaticus, and adults got higher value than the nymphs. Conclusion: Using the photoelectric inducing equipment, the locusts exhibited obvious spectra selecting reaction.
