医学院校开展PBL教学模式的利弊分析

摘    要:PBL自1969年在医学教育中应用以来,目前已成为国内外较为流行的一种教学模式。它具有诸多优势,但目前也存在一些不足之处尚待完善,不能完全取代传统LBL教学模式。通过对医学院校开展PBL教学模式相对于传统LBL教学模式进行详细的利弊综合分析,相信能够探索出适合我国国情发展的现代医学教学模式,最终达到提高教学质量、培养新世纪的医学创新人才的目的。

Abstract:Since problem-based learning (PBL) was first introduced into medical education in the year 1969, PBL has become popular throughout the world. There are many advantages for PBL compared to lecture-based learning (LBL), however, it still has some disadvantages to be improved. It is believed that modem medical teaching model suitable to Chinese realities will be found by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of PBL, which is helpful to improve teaching quality and train medical innovative talents.
