| 摘 要： | 胰腺癌是预后程度极差的恶性肿瘤，已初步证实胰腺干细胞可转化为胰腺癌细胞。成功分离和鉴定了胰腺癌干细胞并对其与转移、耐药的关系和信号通路异常的关系进行了初步研究。深入理解干细胞在胰腺癌中的作用，可能根本改变临床胰腺癌防治的方式。 |

| Abstract: | Pancreatic carcinoma is a malignancy with extreme poor prognosis, and pancreatic stem cell has been demonstrated to be able to transform into pancreatic cancer cell. The pancreatic cancer stem cell were successfully isolated and identified a few years ago. The relationships of pancreatic cancer stem cell with metastasis, therapeutic resistance and abnormal signal pathway were investigated. A better understanding of the roles of stem cell on pancreatic carcinoma may ultimately change the prevention and therapy strategy of pancreatic carcinoma. |
