| Abstract: | At 18：20 in the afternoon of July 29, 2010, Professor Ji Zheng, a well-known biochemist and nutritionist of old generation and pioneer of Biochemistry and Nutrition sciences in China, passed away at the age of 110 years old. In the present paper, the author depicts the noble characters of the consistent industriousness, generosity and charity of Professor Ji Zheng through the author＇s contact experience with Professor Zheng. |
