| 摘 要： | 本文对野生植物白木通的营养成分进行了分析,结果表明,白木通中含有多种营养成分,丰富的矿质元素和维生素及其β-胡罗卜素。白木通中至少含有17种氨基酸。旨在为开发利用植物资源提供科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | The analysis of Var australis (Diels) Rehd nutrients showed that it contained mineral elements, fiber, proteins, carbohydrates and vitamins including β-carotene. And at least 17 kinds of amino acid were found in Var australis (Diels) Rehd . It provided the basic data for the utilization of this wild plant. |
