油菜菌核病菌对速克灵的抗药性风险研究

摘    要:在室内条件下通过菌丝生长速率法测定了分离自安徽省10个县市的油菜菌核病菌(Sclerotinia scleroti-orum)对速克灵的敏感性。结果表明,速克灵对各供试菌株的EC50值分布范围为0.0899-0.4966μg/mL,平均为0.2541μg/mL,且供试菌株在含速克灵质量浓度为10 000μg/mL的PDA平板上菌丝生长几乎完全被抑制。表明各供试菌株对速克灵十分敏感,但其敏感程度地区间存在较大差异。通过室内药剂直接诱变法,获得了抗速克灵突变株。抗性突变株抗性测定结果表明,某些地区的抗性菌株抗性消失,有些地区的抗性菌株抗性继续保持。结果显示安徽省油菜菌核病菌对速克灵具有潜在的抗药性风险。

Abstract:By means of mycelium growth rate,the sensitivity of the Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,which isolated from rape in Anhui Province to procymidone was studied in vitro.The mycelium growth of all strains was almost inhibited on PDA medium with procymidone of 10 000 μg/mL.All strains from 10 localities of Anhui province were highly sensitive to procymidone with the EC50 values much less than 10 000 μg/mL.The EC50 values of procymidone to all tested strains ranged from 0.0089~0.4966 μg/mL with the average of 0.2541 μg/mL.It suggested that all strains from the 10 localities in Anhui province were very sensitive to procymidone and that the sensitivity of all strains to procymidone were different among the localities.The procymidone-resistance(PMr) strains were easily obtained through mutagenesis of procymidone,and the resistance levels of PMr mutants were also tested.The results indicated that the procymidone-resistance of PMr mutants disappeared,and some still remained with higher resistance-level to procymidone than the wild-tpye parents,even after 5 months in low temperature,suggesting that there might be resistance risk to procymidone in the strains of the pathogen of rape sclerotiniose in Anhui.
