| Abstract: | A method for determination of S phenyl l cysteine in products by rotational analysis and UV spectrometry was developed.The results indicated that the rotational analysis was suitable for determining S phenyl L cysteine in purified products,whereas the UV spectrometry was suitable for determining S phenyl L cysteine in crude products. |
