以玻璃酸钠为载体改进利福平滴眼液的配制方法

目的:改进利福平滴眼液的配制方法。方法:以计算量的盐酸溶解利福平,然后用等摩尔量的氢氧化钠中和,生成等处方量的氯化钠;并以玻璃酸钠为载体,配制利福平滴眼液。结果:该滴眼液质量稳定、可控,对眼睛无刺激性。结论:本办法设计巧妙,切实可行,既克服了的利福平的溶解困难,又解决了用乙醇作溶剂所产生的眼睛刺激性问题。

Improvement of the Preparation Technique of Rifampicin Eye Drops with Sodium Hyaluronic Acid

Objective:To improve the preparation technique of Rifampicin eye drops.Methods:The Rifampicin was dissolved by calculating quantity of hydrochloric acid,and the equimol quantity of sodium hydroxide was added to neutralize the acid and yield sodi- um chloride.In addition,the sodium hyaluronic acid was added to the Rifampicin Eye Drops as a carrier.Results:The quality of the ri- fampicin eye drops prepared by improved technique is stable and could be controlled;furthermore,it hasn't irritation to the eyes.Conclu- sion:As the improved preparation technique not only overcame the difficulty of Rifamipicin's dissolution in water,but also avoided the irritation to the eyes caused by using ethanol as solvent,the method is well-versed in design,workable and convenient.
