缺血性脑卒中患者血清超敏C反应蛋白、糖化血红蛋白水平及其与神经功能缺损的关系

摘    要:目的:探讨缺血性脑卒中患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)水平及其与神经功能缺损的关系。方法:选择2016年10月~2017年9月我院接诊的123例缺血性脑卒中患者作为观察组及同期于我院进行体检的健康人群123例作为对照组,检测和比较两组血清hs-CRP、HbA1c水平的差异,并分析缺血性脑卒中患者血清hs-CRP、HbA1c水平与其美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分的关系。结果:观察组患者血清hs-CRP、Hb A1c水平显著高于对照组(6.23±1.97)mg/L、(7.96±0.65)%vs.(2.54±0.85)mg/L、(5.21±0.30)%],NIHSS评分明显高于对照组(4.08±3.12)分vs. 8.62±3.25)分],差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);缺血性脑卒中患者血清hs-CRP、Hb A1c水平与NIHSS评分呈显著正相关(r=-0.465,-0.564,P0.05)。结论:缺血性脑卒中患者血清hs-CRP和HbA1c水平均明显上调,二者可以在一定程度上反映缺血性脑卒中患者神经功能缺损的严重程度。

Abstract:ABSTRACT Objective: To study the serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP) and glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1c) levels in the ischemic stroke patients and their correlation with the neurological deficits. Methods: 123 cases of patients with ischemic stroke admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the observation group and 123 healthy people who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group, the serum hs-CRP and HbA1c levels were detected and compared between the two groups, and the relationship between serum hs-CRP and HbA1c levels in patients with ischemic stroke and their scores on the national institutes of health stroke scale (NIHSS) was analyzed. Results: The serum hs-CRP and HbA1c levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (6.23±1.97)mg/L, (7.96±0.65)% vs. (2.54±0.85)mg/L, (5.21±0.30)%], and the NIHSS scores were significantly higher than those in the control group (4.08±3.12) points vs. 8.62±3.25) points](P<0.05). The serum hs-CRP and HbA1c levels were significantly negatively correlated with NIHSS scores in patients with ischemic stroke (r=-0.465, -0.564, P<0.05). Conclusion: The serum hs-CRP and HbA1c levels were significantly up-regulated in the patients with ischemic stroke, which were related to the severity of neurological impairment in patients with ischemic stroke to some extent.
