| 摘 要： | 建立了从肉骨粉中提取DNA的稳定、简便易操作的方法。根据牛、羊线粒体DNA基因片段设计特异性引物和Taq Man探针,建立了实时荧光PCR技术检测肉骨粉中牛、羊源性成分的快速、特异、敏感的方法。

| Abstract: | The reliable and simple easy to operate methods were established to extract DNA from meat and bone-meals.A set of PCR primers and a TaqMan probe were designed specific to bovine and sheep/goat-specific mito-chondrial DNA sequence?With this rapid,specific and sensitive method,Real-time fluorescence PCR can be suc-cessfully utilized to evaluate the presence of bovine and sheep/goat materials in meat and bonemeals. |
