Summary

The author has studied consequences of treatments with 2,4-D on the grown up tissues of seedlings of two species of Leguminose, realizing best effects of mitostimolation, which has permitted a careful research about the caryological costitution of differentiated tissues of Pisum s. and V. Faba.

Having obtained also induction of lateral roots, the author has extended the field of his own researches, for establishing the possibility of growth of lateral roots, induced by hormonical stimolation.
