| 摘 要： | 感染是影响慢性难愈性创面愈合最常见的原因,由于多种细菌混合感染、耐药性产生、生物膜的形成使其治疗成为难题.其中,细菌生物膜形成是导致创面的难以愈合的重要因素之一.本文就慢性难愈合创面中细菌生物膜的形成机制、特征、生态学、对伤口愈合的影响以及可能的治疗对策等作一综述.

| Abstract: | Infection is the most common cause that influences healing of chronic wound.Due to a variety of mixed bacterial infection,drug resistance,biofilm formation,the treatment has become a challenge.Among those affecting factors,the formation of bacterial biofilm is the leading cause of refractory wound healing.This article provided a review on chronic refractory wounds in regards to the mechanism of bacterial biofilm formation,its characteristics,ecology,the effects on wound healing and possible treatment strategies. |
