糖尿病足感染的细菌学调查及耐药性分析

摘    要:目的 了解临床糖尿病足患者感染的细菌分布及耐药性分析.方法 2009年至2010年,共调查135例糖尿病足患者.结果 检出细菌株数为107株,其中革兰阳性菌44株,占41.1%;革兰阴性菌57株,占53.3%;真菌6株,占5.6%.需氧菌感染80例,检出率59.3%.以金葡菌、链球菌、变形杆菌和大肠埃希菌为主要感染菌.金黄色葡萄球菌的耐药率明显低于其他葡萄球菌.大肠埃希菌治疗以亚胺培南首选,也可选用β-内酰胺类加酶抑制剂.结论 检出革兰阴性菌57株,革兰阳性菌44株,应根据药敏情况合理应用抗菌素.

Abstract:Objective To understand the clinical distribution and drug resistance of the bacteria in diabetic foot patients infection.Method 135 cases of diabetic foot from 2009 to 2010 were ingestived and analyzed.Result 107 strains were detected,including 44 gram-positive strains(41.1%),57 Gram-negative strains(53.3%) and 6 Fungi(5.6%).There were 80 cases of aerobic bacteria infection(59.3%),with Staphylococcus aureus,streptococcus,proteus and Escherichia coli as the main infectious bacteria.The drug resistance of S.aureus was obviously lower than that of the other resistant Staphylococci.Imipenem was the first choice for Escherichia coli infection;β-lactams combined with enzyme inhibitors were also a good choice.Conclusion 57 strains of gram-negative bacteria and 44 strains of gram-positive bacteria were found.Reasonable use of antibiotics should be applied based on the drug sensitivity.
