| 摘 要： | 高血糖引起的自由基产生过多或消除障碍导致氧化应激的出现,氧化应激与糖尿病及其并发症的发生发展密切相关。抗氧化治疗为糖尿病及并发症的防治提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | Overproduction or insufficient removal of highly reactive free radicals, largely due to hyperglycemia, causes oxidative stress, which is associated with the development and progression of diabetes and its complications. Antioxidants might be a new strategy for reducing diabetic complications. |
