斑管巢蛛对柑桔害虫的捕食作用研究

摘    要:在系统观察桔园蜘蛛优势种斑管巢蛛与主要柑桔害虫自然种群数量季节消长相关关系的基础上,采用血清学方法检测了蜘蛛对柑桔害虫的自然控制作用。在不同实验条件下测定了斑管巢蛛对柑桔害虫的捕食量、功能反应,以及相互干扰、温度对蜘蛛捕食作用的影响,建立了模拟模型。

Abstract:Both in the field and in the laboratory, it was observed that the sac spider Clubiona reichlini Schenkel, 1944 (Clubionidae) preyed on citrus red mites, lepido-pterous larvae, blacklies adults, citrus leaf-miner adults and so on. Population dynamic of the sac spider was found to be significantly correlated to that of its prey. A quantitative study of the predator on the citrus pests by the precipitin test showed that the spider played an important role in the biocontrol against the citus pests.The optimum temperature for the predation is 30cccccccccccccccc, under 15cccccccccccccccc or over 40cccccccccccccc, the predation efficiency was very low. The result can be described by the following equation:Na = 0.08907(T- 30)2 + 24.87539The functional response of the spider C. reichlini female adult against Droso-phila melanogaster adult (A) and 2nd instar spiderling against Panotiychus citri (B) was the Holling II type, which can be described by Holling's disc equation:Na - 0.9907N/(1 + 0.00872N) (A)Na = 0.8365N/(1 + 0.01128N) (B)Mutual interference affected the predation of C. reichlini 2nd instar spiderling. the numerical response to itself density can be described by Watt's equation:A = 29.47553p-0.454844and the predation rate, by Hassell & Varley's equation:E = 0.900874P-0.4673058.
