| 摘 要： | 从含有大量纤维素物质的堆肥里分离到一株土曲霉,其最适生长温度为45℃,最适生长酸碱度为pH2.0,在最适条件下培养该菌的最高CMCase活性可达3.680IU/mL,此酶最适反应温度和酸碱度为60℃和pH2.0,并且具有较高的热稳定性。
