羧酸酯酶研究进展

摘    要:哺乳动物羧酸酯酶carboxylesterase(EC3.1.1.1)组成一个多基因家族,其基因产物定位于多种组织的内质网中。羧酸酯酶能有效地催化酯类和酰胺类化合物水解,属丝氨酸水解酶家族。羧酸酯酶与多种药物、环境毒物及致癌物的解毒和代谢有关,并参与脂质运输和代谢。作者详细介绍了羧酸酯酶的生化性质、作用机理及其分子生物学方面的最新进展。

Abstract:The mammalian carboxylesterases (EC 3.1.1.1) comprise a multigene family, the gene products are localized in the endoplasmic reticulum of many tissues. Carboxylesterases efficiently catalyze the hydrolysis of ester- and amide-containing chemicals, and are classified into the serine hydrolase super family. They are involved in detoxification or metabolic activation of various drugs, environmental toxicants, and carcinogens, and also play an important physiological role in lipid metabolism. This review emphasizes in biochemical characteristics, mechanisms and the molecular biology of carboxylesterases.
