| 摘 要： | 目的：为预防和治疗重症监护病房超广谱β-内酰胺酶（ESBLs）细菌感染提供依据。方法：采用Etest法对可疑细菌进行ESBLs检测，用K-B法做药物敏感试验。结果：160株大肠埃希菌中，ESBLs阳性的33株，占20.6%（33/160），124腺肺炎克雷伯菌中，ESBLs阳性的26株，占21.0%（26/124）。结论：ICU病房产ESBLs细菌具有较高的交叉耐药性和多重耐药性，应尽早预防，及时治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To provide evidence for preventing and treating the extended spectrum beta lactamase(ESBL) producing strains in Intensive care unit(ICU) Methods:Etest was adopted to detect the ESBLs of the sucpicius isolates,Microbial sensitivity tests was carried on with K B.Result:In 160 strains of Eschenichia coli,33 ESBLs positive were detected,positive rate was 20 6%(33/160);In 124 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae,26 ESBLs positive were detected,it was 21 0 (26/124) Conclusion:ESBLs producing strains shoud be prevented and treated early because of their hhigh cross or multiple in ICU. |
