| Abstract: | Autogenous costal cartilage has long been a popular material for nasal augmentation. The history of autogenous cartilage transplantation is reviewed. Two patients are presented who underwent nasal augmentation with autologous costal cartilage with a 43-year follow-up on each patient. |
