Abstract: | Plantlets regenerated from shoot apices, cotyledons and callus cultures in Moth bean, Vigna aconitifolia (JACQ) Marechal, a drought resistant legume and pulse crop, were rooted and transferred to soil. Explants for these studies were derived from seedlings pre-conditioned by germination of seeds on B5BA and WMB (control).Abbreviations MS
