| 摘 要： | 对分离出的单藻落盐藻进行除草剂草丁膦的抗性实验,液体培养结果显示,野生盐藻对除草剂草丁膦敏感,3.0mg/L剂量的草丁膦能完全抑制盐藻的生长和增殖。

| Abstract: | A strain of dunaliella salina cells from a single colony were isolated and used to study their sensitivity to the herbicide phosphinothricin. The results revealed that wild dunaliella salina was of no resistance to phosphinothricin. At the dose of 3.0?mg/L, phosphinothricin completely suppressed the growth and proliferation of dunaliella salina cells in liquid medium. |
