| Abstract: | Summary Three strains of Pseudomonas convexa and three strains of Pseudomonas fluorescens were found able to utilize L-hydroxyproline as sole source of carbon and nitrogen. Sonic extracts of these organisms converted L-hydroxyproline to glutamic acid. |
