Abstract:Matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of-flight mass spectrometry(MALDI-TOF-MS)technology was used for rapid identification of Campylobacter jejuni in food.The feasibility of the method was determined by studying the selection,stability,and specificity of the sample pretreatment of this method.The results showed that the MALDI-TOF-MS identification method was accurate,rapid,and stable.Using this method,the relative strains of Campylobacter could be accurately and quickly distinguished,which were highly consistent with the VITEK biochemical identification results,and the accuracy and timeliness were greatly improved.The MALDI-TOF-MS method was suitable for rapid screening of Campylobacter jejuni in food.
