| Abstract: | Tannic acid, propyl gallate, gallic acid and ellagic acid were tested for their inhibitory effects on selected food-borne bacteria by the well assay technique. Tannic acid and propyl gallate were inhibitory whereas gallic acid and ellagic acid were not. |
