He—Ne激光辐照野桑蚕生物学效应研究

摘    要:采用一定量He-Ne激光辐照野桑蚕催青卵及蚕肾,并与家蚕杂交,对其子代的蛋白质和酯酶同工酶进行电泳分析,结果发现谱带数目及活性有变化。另外,茧质调查和丝质调查与对照相比也有差异,并发现丝长和纤度特好的变异个体,显示He-Ne激光辐照对野桑蚕生理生化性状有一定影响。

Abstract:The incubation eggs and pupae of mulberry wild silkworm (Bombyx mandarina Moore)were radiated by using a certain dosage of He-Ne laser and were outbreeded with silkworm(Bombyx mori).The blood proteim and esterase isoenzyme of their progeny was analyzed with PAGE,found some changes in band number and activity.Additionally,surveys of their cocoon and filament quality show variations compared with control plot,and mutants which have better filament legth and size were also obtained.All those indicated that He-Ne laser has some inductive effects on mulberry wild silkworm.
