| Abstract: | A novel nanocomposite synthesis method of amino-modified NaYF(4):Yb,Er upconversion luminescent nanoparticles and single-walled carbon nanohorns was developed via covalent linkage for the first time. The nanocomposite was covalently coupled with rabbit anti-CEA8 antibody and then used successfully as a cell labeling agent for the immunolabeling and imaging of HeLa cells. |
