摘    要:通过16S rDNA序列分析,结合菌株形态和生理生化特征,对一株脂肪酶产生菌株Y-G进行了分类鉴定,研究了Ca~(2+)在菌株发酵过程中产脂肪酶的作用。结果表明,实验菌株为不动杆菌(Acinetobacter sp.),一定浓度的Ca~(2+)(5 mmol/L)能够显著提高发酵液酶活,而稀土离子La~(3+)、Ca~(2+)螯合剂EGTA或三氟拉嗪(TFP)的加入都会不同程度的影响发酵液中酶活产量,说明钙信号系统可能参与细菌脂肪酶分泌的调控。

Abstract:A lipase-producing strain Y-G was identified according to its morphology,physiological and biochemical properties as well as its 16S rDNA sequence analysis.The effect of calcium on the flask incubation and enzyme production was also investigated.The results showed that the candidate strain was Acinetobacter sp.,the yield of enzyme was significantly improved by Ca~(2+)at the concentration of 5 mmol/L.The enzyme production was inhibited by addition of rare earth element La~(3+),Ca~(2+)chelating agent EGTA,or ...
