摘    要:本实验研究0.05% MES对野生型拟南芥生长的影响。结果表明,含有MES的培养基pH变化较小,其培养10 d的拟南芥幼苗干重、鲜重、叶绿素含量和含水量均高于对照组,而叶片PAL和POD活性却低于对照组,说明MES通过影响培养基的pH变化促进拟南芥生长。

Abstract:The effects of MES on the growth of Arabidopsis thaliana were analyzed in this study.The Arabidopsis seedlings were cultured on the medium with and without 0.05% MES,respectively.The results showed that the levels of dry weight,fresh weight,chlorophyll content and water content of Arabidopsis seedlings grown on the medium with 0.05% MES were higher than those without MES.Moreover,the activities of PAL and POD of Arabidopsis seedlings grown on the medium with 0.05% MES was lower than those without MES.These results indicated that MES could promote the growth of Arabidopsis thaliana through keeping the pH value of medium in stabilization.
