肺磨玻璃影的随访及预后相关因素研究进展

肺磨玻璃影(Ground-Glass Opacity,GGO)是早期肺癌的影像学表现,当前GGO可分为弥漫性和局限性两大类,局限性GGO又分为单纯性GGO(pure GGO,p GGO)和复杂性GGO(mixed GGO,m GGO)。目前尚未形成对其统一标准的处理方式。其预后与多方面因素有关,包括临床病史、影像学、分子生物学、病理学、组织学以及随访结果等,其中GGO的随访对预后有重要意义。本文就近年来国内外关于GGO的随访及预后相关因素的研究进展综述如下,以期对GGO临床诊断治疗有所提示。

Progress in Follow-up and Prognostic Factors of Ground-Glass Opacity

Ground-Glass Opacity (GGO) is most likely the radiologic manifestation of lung cancer in early stage. At present,GGO can be divided into two classes such as diffuse GGO and focal GGO which also can be classified as pure GGO and mixed GGO.However, there is no standard treatment. The prognosis of GGO is affected by various factors such as clinical medical history, radiology,molecular biology, pathology, histology and follow-up study and so on, specially for the follow-up of GGO. This article reviewed theprogress in follow-up and prognosis of GGO, and the purpose was to provide hints for clinical diagnosis and therapy of GGO.
