Abstract: | ![]() Current approaches to achieving dietary change are reviewed. The more successful strategies are those that are tailored to the individual and his or her situation and readiness for change, supported when possible by broader social and environmental changes. Some methods of reducing dietary fat intake are better accepted and maintained than others; an emphasis on these may be helpful. |
