亚胺培南联合氨溴索对重症肺炎炎症因子及临床疗效影响

目的:探讨亚胺培南联合氨溴索对重症肺炎患者血清降钙素原(PCT),白介素-10(IL-10)及临床疗效的影响研究。方法:收集我院收治的100例重症肺炎患者机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者在基础治疗的基础上给予氨溴索治疗,实验组患者在对照组基础上给予亚胺培南治疗。观察并比较两组患者白细胞(WBC)、血清PCTJL-10水平以及患者的临床治疗有效率。结果:与治疗前相比,两组患者的WBC、PCT、IL-10水平均下降差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的WBC、PCT、IL-10水平较低差异具有统计学意义(P0.05);与对照组相比,实验组患者的临床治疗有效率较高,差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:亚胺培南联合氨溴索能够降低重症肺炎患者WBC、PCT、IL-10水平,临床疗效较好,提高了治疗效果。

Effects of ImipenemCombined with Ambroxol Hydrochloride on Serum Procalcitonin, IL-10 and Clinical Efficacyin Patients with Severe Pneumonia

Objective:To investigate the effects of imipenem combined with ambroxol hydrochloride on serum procalcitonin (PCT), interleukin 10 (IL-10) level and clinical efficacy in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:100 cases of patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. The patients in control groups were given ambroxol based on the basis of treatment, and the patients in the experimental group were given imipenem based on the control group. The white blood cell (WBC), serumprocalcitonin (PCT), interleukin 10 (IL-10) levels and the clinical treatment efficiency were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with before treatment, the WBC, PCT, IL-10 levels were decreased of two groups after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, the WBC, PCT, IL-10 level was low in the experimental group, and the difference had statistical significance (P < 0.05); compared with the control group, the clinical effective rate of patients in the experimental group was higher with statistical significance (P < 0.05).Conclusion:Imipenem combined with ambroxol hydrochloride can reduce the serum WBC, PCT, IL-10 levels in severe pneumonia patients, and it can improve the therapeutic effect.
