新型杀虫剂吡嗪酮(Pymetrozine)对褐飞虱、萝卜蚜的生物活性及作用方式研究

摘    要:研究表明 ,吡嗪酮 (Pymetrozine)对萝卜蚜和褐飞虱具有优异的生物活性。就 L C90 比较 ,对萝卜蚜的活性是速灭杀丁的 12 .3倍 ;对褐飞虱 2、3龄若虫的活性与扑虱灵相近。该药具有很强的触杀、根吸传导作用。试验还表明其对萝卜蚜和褐飞虱 2、3龄若虫的残效期分别为 15天和 2 0天左右

Abstract:This paper deals with the excellent biologic activity of Pymetrozine against Brown Planthopper (BPH) Nilaparvata lugens (Stal) and aphid Lipaphis erysimi(Kaltenbach). According to LC 90 , the biologic activity of Pymetrozine is 12.3 times as well as Fenvalerate against Lipaphis erysimi on vegetable, and it is about the same as Buprofezin against the 2nd-3rd instar larvae of BPH according to LC 90 -LC 50 . It not only had great contact poisoning, but also showed obvious effects of absorption and transportation on the insect. The result also showed that the residual activity period of Pymetrozine on Lipaphis erysimi and BPH were 15 days and 20 days respectively.
