| Abstract: | Summary Tannin at 1% (w/v) did not inhibit the growth ofLentinus edodes, but did inhibitPleuroius florida, P. sajor-caju, P. cystidosus, Agaricus bisporus andVolvariella volvacea. The inhibition was not due to its acidity.
