| 摘 要： | 简要阐述了生物技术发展的几个阶段，包括传统生物技术和新兴生物技术的发展状况，着重论述了生物技术在农业上的应用进展，将基因工程、细胞工程、发酵工程和酶工程的含义及其应用状况进行了描述，展望了生物技术在农业上的应用前景。

| Abstract: | Several stages in the development of biotechnology,including the advances in traditional biotechnology and newly-developed biotechnology were outlined in this paper.The review described in detail the advances of the biotechnology used in agriculture,stating the concepts and uses of gene engineering,cell engineering,fermentation engineering and enzymatic engineering.At the end of this paper,the prospective of the use of biotechnology in a-griculture was perceived. |
