| Abstract: | This paper described the application of DNA analysis technology in botanical research in detail from the following seven aspects:DNA hybridization,RFLP analysis,DNA restriction mapping and so on.The relationship between DNA analysis technology and Plant Systematics,the phylogenetic analysis and testing methods using DNA date were especially discussed.We general review the recent progresses of the studies on plant systematics. |
