摘    要:以藤仓赤霉菌978对978#菌丝机械断裂后,采用紫外(30W,20cm)诱变处理60s,以脂肪酶活性为初筛指标筛选得到4株产赤霉素效价比出发菌株高的突变株,其中菌株GL-2在添加3%豆油的发酵培养基中产赤霉素能力比菌株978#在全淀粉发酵培养基发酵产素能力提高了1.2倍.调整补油工艺后,菌株GL-2产素能力进一步提高到...

Abstract:The gibberellin-producing strain Gibberella fujikuroi 978 as the parent strain was treated with UV irradiation in order to obtain a high gibberellin-producing strain. Results of the experiments showed that the lipase-producing mutants were screened and four mutants were obtained, after hyphae were cut mechanically and the cells were mutated with UV (30 W, 20 cm distance, 60 s dosage). Moreover, the potency of the high-titer strain GL-2 in the fermentative medium added 3 % soybean oil was increased by 20 % over the parent strain 978 in the fermentative medium only containing starch as carbon source. After adjusted the feeding oil technology in the fermentation, the productivity of GL-2 was increased by 36.4 % than that of the strain 978. The gibberellin productivity of mutant GL-2 kept stable after 10 generations of reproduction, displayed perfect genetic stability.
