双水平气道正压通气对88例重叠综合征患者的临床疗效

目的:探讨双水平气道正压通气(Bi PAP)治疗重叠综合征(OS)患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2012年7月-2014年2月本院收治的88例诊断为重叠综合征的患者,随机分成实验组与对照组,对照组43例,给予常规药物治疗;实验组45例,在常规药物治疗的基础上辅以双水平气道正压通气治疗,对两组治疗前后的监测结果进行比较分析。结果:治疗后,实验组患者在不同时间点上p H和Pa O2高于对照组,Pa CO2、呼吸暂停指数(AHI)、睡眠紊乱指数、最长呼吸暂停时间以及病死率和不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P0.05)。结论:采用Bi PAP治疗OS患者,能够有效降低患者病死率、减少不良反应发生率,并改善患者呼吸情况,提高睡眠质量。

Clinical Effects of Biphasic Positive Airway Pressure Ventilation on 88 Cases of Patients with Overlap Syndrome

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Biphasic positive airway pressure (BiPAP) on patients with overlap syndrome (OS).Methods:To select 88 patients with overlap syndrome who were treated in the hospital from July 2012 to February 201 4 and randomly divide them into the control group (43 cases) and the experimental group (45 cases). Control group received conventional drug treatment and experimental group were treated with Biphasic positive airway pressure on the basis ofconventional drug therapy. The monitoring results of with the two groups were analyzed and compared before and after treatment.Results:After the treatment, pH and PaO2 in experimental group at different time points were higher than those in control group. And the PaCO2, AHI, sleep disturbance index, the longest time of apnea, the mortality and the incidence of adverse reaction were lower than those in control group with significant differences (all P<0.05).Conclusion:BiPAP therapy can effectively reduce the mortality and the incidence of adverse reaction, and improve the breathing and sleep quality in patients with overlap syndrome.
