| Abstract: | We report a male infant with fibular aplasia, tibial campomelia, and oligosyndactyly (FATCO syndrome). Radiographs showed a short angulated left tibia with fibular aplasia and ipsilateral oligodactyly. We consider our case the 7th patient with FATCO syndrome. |
