摘    要:确定了寡糖8-氨基萘基-1,3,6-三磺酸(ANTS)衍生物在毛细管区带电泳中迁移时间的相互关系.分别将葡聚糖、甘露聚糖、木聚糖和甲壳质部分酸水解产生的不同聚合度寡糖的混合物,用ANTS胺化还原衍生,然后用毛细管电泳,在50mmol/L,pH2.5磷酸缓冲液中分离衍生物,分别得到1至21个聚合度的寡聚葡糖衍生物电泳梯度图,以及聚合度均为1至7的寡聚甘露糖、寡聚木糖和寡聚N-乙酰氨基葡糖衍生物电泳梯度图.同类寡糖衍生物相对迁移时间(tm)r与聚合度n均成线性关系.寡聚葡糖衍生物相对迁移时间与其他3类寡糖衍生物的相对迁移时间存在线性关系

Abstract:The migration time correlation of 8 aminonaphthalene 1,3,6 trisulfonic acid(ANTS) derivatized oligosaccharides derived from several glycans,in capillary zone electrophoresis(CZE),was studied.The partial acid hydrolyzates of dextran,mannan,xylan and chitin were derivatized with ANTS by reductive amination,separately,then the derivatives were separated by CZE in a 50 mmol/L phosphate,pH 2.5 electrophoretic buffer.For all the four kinds of oligosaccharides,it was found that the relative migration time of the derivative homologues had a linear correlation to the degrees of polymerization.Linear curves were obtained by plotting the relative migration time of dextran oligosaccharide derivatives vs those of other three kinds of derivative homologues,respectively.
