| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨动脉介入及静脉溶栓联合应用对因颈内动脉狭窄致TIA发作伴发静脉阻塞所导致的闭塞性脑血管病的预防性治疗的临床疗效。方法:应用介入方法经颈内动脉至眼动脉开口处注入尿激酶同时给与静脉尿激酶溶栓治疗。结果:治疗后病人左上肢发作性轻瘫立刻消失,患者次日视力恢复至0.25,二周后恢复至0.3,一个月内未再出现TIA发作。三个月视力恢复至0.4,未出现TIA发作。结论:动静脉溶栓的联合治疗方法对患者脑缺血疾病的预防与治疗具有确切疗效。
