| 摘 要： | 保护剂在动物疫苗中具有重要的作用,直接影响疫苗的质量.以保护剂为核心介绍了在疫苗保存前病毒抗原和保护剂的准备,保护剂的选用原则,分类、作用机理,着重讨论了保护剂在口蹄疫疫苗中的研究进展以及当前存在的问题,并对其应用前景提出展望.
