| Abstract: | A restriction map of chicken embryo lethal orphan (CELO) virus DNA was reported with ten restriction endonucleases (XbaI, XhoI, SalI, HindIII, EcoRI, BglI, KpnI, BamHI, PstI and SstI). CELO virus DNA was estimated by comparing CELO virus DNA fragments with marker DNA fragments to have a molecular weight of 29.3·106. |
